What is the best working acne medication that you have used or that you would highly recommend?

I have tried many different solutions but so far--nada. They will always start to work then just stop working. Is it the acne medication or is it something I'm doing?What is the best working acne medication that you have used or that you would highly recommend?
The best way is to get a prescription from your doctor. She/he can give you benzyl peroxide creme or an oral pill that is right for you.
