What is the best acne medication that worked best for you?

Besides Proactive, if you say proactive i will hunt you down!!!! err!!! i just need to know what to buy that will actually improove it or prevent well. What is the best acne medication that worked best for you?
An affordable and effective treatment is Clean %26amp; Clear's Deep Pore Treatment Lotion, when applied generously morning and night. But overall drinking lots of water, frequent scrubbing with plain soap and using a rich moisturiser is the real key to clear skin! What is the best acne medication that worked best for you?
proactiv did not help me actually, the thing that finally worked for me was the benzoyl peroxide gel they sell at acne.org....it's gentle and blends with make-up....I keep it on my face practically 24 hours a day..
I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub for blemishes. You can buy it at most drug stores and is not too expensive - under ten dollars most of the time. It really helped me, unlike many other acne-treating products. Not only does it help clear the acne you may have already, but it helps to prevent it as well. Good luck!
What always worked for me was rubbing alcohol. I would first wash my face with a scrub. (Usually Clean and Clear) Then use a cotton ball w/ rubbing alcohol. You need to be sure to use a face lotion afterwards because the alcohol will dry out your skin.
Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day. Mix cinnamon powder with lime juice to make a fine paste, Apply on pimples. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
