Tried everything.. finally found my fit!!!

I use spectro gel (you can get it from your pharmacist )

First, you rinse your face with warm water, and massage the gel on cleaning your pores with a circular motion. Then, rinse off and gently dab. Follow with a rinse of cold water, as this closes the pores you just opened with the warm and cleansed. Pat Dry. Next, take clindoxyl (also from pharmacist) and put a minimal amount on the spots of irritation, and go to SLEEP!! The next morning repeat the cleanser, but forget about the clindoxyl. I found after years that when I stopped worrying about my zits, and was more focused with my workout routine, sweating out toxins, keeping sugar to a minimum and eating all the right stuff my skin not only stopped breaking out but GLOWED!!

Good luck
Hey, i have been struggling with acne for a while

and i have used Dial soap in the shower and then after that i put ';Equates, triple antibiotic ointment'; on the troubled spots and after a week it really starts to clear up.

I know it sounds simple and it is. but if its on your face it should start showing improvements right away but if its anywhere else it'll take longer.

Like i have really bad Back acne and it started clearing up after 2 1/2 weeks but trust me use Dial antibiotic soap because acne strives on bacteria. So yeah i really hope this works you just have to apply it before you go to sleep each night.

My skin is really bad. If I don't wash it for like one day, I break out BAD!!!

Ha-ha, but I take and shower and wash my face with like a bar of soap in the morning, then when I am dressed and everything, I put on the three step Clearasil Ultra stuff. I don't normally wear make up, but if I do, I just wipe off as much make up as possible with like a rag, and then I get the rest off with Clearasil. I put the three step stuff on morning and night, so it seems to help a lot.

I have tried the cheap stuff you get from like CVS, and it doesn't really work. I mostly use Clearasil. It seems to work reall well.

Well I hope this works!!!!!!!!!!
I usually compressing my acne using warm water few minutes after take a sport and before taking a bath

sometimes when there is some big acne on my face, i try to compressing it using ice cube.

I always consider that there is a difference when I do this method
I went to a dermatologist and she told me to wash my face with Neutrogena Rapid Clear every Morning and Night, after I wash my face in the morning I use Duac which is a prescription cream that you apply a small amount to your face, then at night I take off my mineral make up and wash my face and use Differin(prescription) at night. DON'T POP YOUR ZITS OR YOU HAVE SCARS!!

Best of luck!!
my acnes really bad. and i have quite oily skin. If you dont, then stop reading now ahha.

I wash my face in the morning and evening with dove soap.

In the evening i take my makeup off with johnsons wipes then use toner and neutrogena facial wash, then pat dry and put on facial cream.

it works a treat
Be careful. Do not ever use a bar of soap to wash your face, it will hurt your sensitive skin and likely to make your acne more worse. Read here to find some natural and more scientific treatments.

I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash.. b.t.w I'm 13 so I just wash my face with that in the morning.. pat dry... in the afternoon after I come home from school... pat dry... and in the night about 9:30 before going to bed... pat dry. This product is sooo famazing!!
I tend to have oily skin, and acne apears on my forehead. Clean and Clear cleansers help treat both problems.
