there's this new over the counter medicine called panoxyl. it has benzoyl peroxide that is a major help to acne. i don't know if its cheap, but it comes in a bar of soap. i personally used it and it help dry out my acne and make it disappear as i used. but you also have to make sure you don't over use because it can dry out skin also, so use a light moisturizer like clean and clear oil free mostusizer for smooth acne free skin.
