Since I use acne medication - it drys my skin - will my skin age quicker with wrinkles?

I use acne medication and it drys out my skin. I only use moisterizer in the morning before I go to school. But at night I dont use one. Now, when my acne goes away, will my skin go back to the balanced oil skin?
