I'm 23 and pretty much have tried everything ... I'm not sure if you're too young but I used Accutane (a daily pill) that clears up your face bigtime in about 3 months . After I got off the pill, acne started returning about 4-6 months later. I'm currently seeing an esthietician and using the Obaji system at the moment ( 5 different products - facial toners, cleansers,blenders, and moisturizers paired with Retin A (a perscription cream).. and so far its definitely smoothed out my skin and helped the Acne
Both of these options are pretty expensive.. Accutane wasnt covered on my plan so i was paying close to 100 bucks a month for that... Obaji system is pricey too.. to get started its around $500 for all the product

If benzoyl peroxide does not work for u, you may wish to try topical retinoids such as tretinoin. It has been proven to be effective in most cases. This is because retinoids are synthetic derivatives of vitamin A. Their primary action is to clear microcomedones, whiteheads and blackheads.
Tretinoin is available in cream, gel and liquid form. Gels are the most drying, and creams the least. It is advisable to start application sparingly, once a night at the lowest concentration, 20-30 minutes after washing the face. The skin commonly becomes a little red and peels when treatment is first started. It will adapt to the irritation and begins to improve after a few weeks.
In addition, limiting exposure to sunlight and using sunscreen are recommended, as some patients may developed sensitivity to sunlight while on treatment.

I'm not trying to offend I just need to be blunt in order to get my point across....If your skin is this bad now you should spend the money in order to prevent further scaring. Acne will only get worse until you graduate high school.
