Can you go tanning and use acne medication at the same time?

for example like the benzoyl peroxide stuff and these acne pills with something like doxycycline ..I heard somewhere it's bad to do both so.. idkCan you go tanning and use acne medication at the same time?
I don't think U can have it both ways. I believe it will burn or have a reaction to U'r skin.Can you go tanning and use acne medication at the same time?
In the past I have used retina, and on the label it say not to be in the sun any more than need be. Different drugs will cause you skin to develop weird discoloration.
Anything that has the warning to stay out of the sun would also mean you wouldn't be able to tan in a tanning bed. A lot of acne medications do say to stay out of the sun when using them, just read the container.





Try a spray tan. I've seen some pretty good looking ones.
cover your face with the towel it shouldnt be bad for you because you are getting the good rays.?!
NO, Try eating non-greasy food. That got rid of my acne in 5 weeks.
i do and nothing has happened to me..u may want to ask someone working at the tanning place or a doctor
Put a towel over your face when tanning. U not supposed to tan your face.

frm all tht i've read the worst is you'll turn red, burn or have a break out.


i havent had any problems %26amp; i use acne meds %26amp; tan all the time.
you should not expose yourself to UV rays when on medication such as doxycycline. It makes your skin extra sensitive. When on meds like that always wear sunscreen.
